Wastewater and sewage technology

CUSTOMISED SOLUTIONS FOR SAFE WATER QUALITY

The treatment and processing of industrial and waste water requires individual solutions that are precisely tailored to the respective application – standard solutions are hardly possible here. The basis for selecting a suitable process includes: a water analysis, target values for water quality, information on the existing plant technology and the amount of water to be treated.

Wastewater treatment

Wastewater treatment plants must comply with the applicable statutory framework guidelines. In addition to complying with legal requirements, they also serve to save costs, e.g. by reducing wastewater charges. We offer the following processes, among others:

  • Neutralisation plants for industrial wastewater and condensing boilers
  • Disinfection systems (UV or chlorination systems)
  • Systems for treating swimming pool wastewater
  • Ion exchanger systems for targeted contamination
  • Further procedures on request
  • Wastewater technology
  • Wastewater treatment plants are used for ecological and economic reasons. In addition to federal laws, country-specific regulations and guidelines must also be observed.

Service water treatment

Service water is usually obtained from drinking water and is subject to legal requirements and the specifications of the manufacturers of the technology used (e.g. heating systems, sterilisers, washing machines). When connecting to the drinking water network, DIN 1988 must be observed. We supply suitable components and processes:

  • Dosing technology and pH regulation
  • Softening and decarbonisation
  • Reverse osmosis and membrane processes
  • Deionised water treatment with mixed bed or EDI
  • Disinfection systems
  • Treatment for heating, boiler and cooling water
  • Special solutions for the beverage and brewing industry
  • Technical salts, dosing agents and measurement technology

Service water technology

Water is not only used as drinking water, but also as a resource, e.g. in heating systems. Service water does not meet the requirements of the Drinking Water Ordinance and must therefore be considered separately.
