COMMISSIONING, REPAIR, DISINFECTION AND MAINTENANCE
The maintenance of water treatment technology is a preventive maintenance measure. It is required by law or by the manufacturer for a large number of systems. Signing a maintenance contract with SHP Wassertechnik GmbH offers you the following advantages:
- Our maintenance services cover water technology system components in the areas of drinking water, swimming pools, heating and service water.
- We carry out maintenance in accordance with the applicable regulations (DIN 1988, DIN 19643, etc.).
- We manage maintenance contract customers using a computerised system. We take care of maintenance appointments, remember any necessary resin or filter material changes, and deliver consumable chemicals (e.g. dosing agents, regeneration salt, test reagents, etc.) for maintenance in consultation with you. In the event of an accident, maintenance contract customers receive rapid assistance. Our customer service is also available outside working hours via mobile phone. With our location in Saxony-Anhalt, we are centrally located and can therefore be on site quickly and cost-effectively throughout Germany. Maintenance contracts help to reduce costs and make them predictable, as wear and tear on components is detected and repaired at an early stage. The maintenance service remains constant at a flat rate. We inform maintenance contract customers about legal changes relating to water treatment plants (changes to DIN regulations, drinking water regulations, new DVGW specifications, certifications) and advise them accordingly.
- Maintenance contract customers benefit from our cooperation with a number of specialist companies, which we call upon for specific problems (e.g. corrosion problems in heating or cooling water circuits).
- Repairs can be carried out in conjunction with maintenance.
- Original spare parts are used for maintenance and repairs.

Regeneration service
Our customer service for VE cartridges (full demineralisation cartridges) offers you two options: conveniently send your cartridges to us, or use our on-site service as part of our tour planning.

In the event of microbiological abnormalities, particularly contamination, we carry out risk analyses in accordance with the recommendations of the Federal Environment Agency. The aim is to assess the hygienic risks and develop suitable measures to restore drinking water safety.
